Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our California warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
